F.Y.I.... By F.A.C., he likely means "Firearms Acquisition Certificate", (which i think) now is actually changed to...P.A.L. which is, Permission to Acquire License. At any rate,..... it doesnt matter, as 500 feet per second is the limit,below that no license required! JUST... Common sense!

I cant seem to find it right now but i also remember reading somewhere... not all 03's had a replaceable der hanger,as they used up the remaining swingarms they already had made up creating a 2003 and a 2003.5 annnyway thats all i know on it.
